1, tax agent refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination for tax agents, obtained the professional qualification certificate of tax agents, and registered at the same time, engaged in tax-related authentication and tax-related service activities. On July 20 14, the State Council cancelled the professional qualification license of certified tax agent, and the registered tax agent was renamed as tax agent. After the name change, the tax accountant still belongs to the national professional qualification.
2, tax agent qualification examination and identification system. The registration service system shall be implemented for the professional qualification certificate of tax agents, and the specific work of the registration service for the professional qualification certificate of tax agents shall be the responsibility of the national tax agent industry association.
Second, issue certificates.
1, China Association of Certified Tax Agents issued an announcement on applying for qualification certificate. Candidates who pass the general examination (including exemption) should log in to the examination registration system within the specified time and complete the certificate application procedure as required.
2, the local tax association is responsible for the examination and approval of the qualifications of candidates. Qualified candidates can obtain the Professional Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Professional and Technical Personnel, which is supervised by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) and stamped by China Certified Tax Agents Association. To promote the use of electronic certificates, candidates can get electronic certificates first, and electronic certificates have the same effect as paper certificates.
