Logistics Department and Personnel Department:
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of employees in the store, and recommend department vacancies;
2. Responsible for the implementation and planning of employee training;
3. Evaluate the performance of employees and put forward suggestions for improvement;
4. Responsible for sorting, recording, collecting, archiving and keeping documents;
5. Ensure that relevant personnel regulations comply with labor laws and regulations of relevant government departments.
Main work:
1. Check the attendance of all employees, and urge employees to abide by the company's norms and personnel discipline according to the relevant regulations of the company;
2. Collect and archive the corresponding labor and personnel laws, regulations and documents issued by the company, and provide personnel standard consultation to the store management;
3. Responsible for the communication, implementation and inspection of various personnel systems in the store;
4. Responsible for the recruitment of employees in the store;
5. Contract, file management and salary management of all employees in the store.
Finance department:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of cash, checks, bills, etc. In the shop;
2. Deal with the deposit clearing in the store;
3. Record and analyze daily bank accounts;
4. Assist in collecting and sorting out budget preparation and budget control.
5. Sort out the sales and purchasing management information and report the abnormal situation.
6. Be responsible for making payment summons, tax declaration and filing financial data.
Main work:
1. Check employee attendance, reasonably dispatch manpower and control personnel cost;
2. Responsible for the management and distribution of cash and checks in the store;
3. According to the requirements of the company, prepare a reasonable amount of petty cash in the store;
4. Check the cashier's settlement work every day and analyze the settlement differences;
5. Responsible for the management of cash office (treasury);
6. Keep in touch with the finance department at headquarters.
