First, the experience of mobilization
After signing up for the activity with excitement, I came to the meeting place with other players. The organization teacher on the stage gave us a speech, and after listening to his speech, I think our actions can make changes for our community. Listening to everyone's enthusiastic speeches and oaths, I am really glad that I can join such a team and make myself a volunteer.
Second, the experience of starting
After making complete preparations, we divided the team into two teams. Led by two teams of teachers, they are responsible for dealing with the sanitation problems of streets and communities in two directions. Along the way, we saw many sanitation workers cleaning the streets seriously. Thanks to their efforts, the streets have really become neat and clean. After a long cleaning work, we walked through many places under the guidance of our teachers, and cleaned the dead corners of these places as much as we could. After arriving at the destination, we came to xxx nursing home. Now here, we help the hospital clean up and bring programs to the elderly, bringing a lively atmosphere into the nursing home.
In this activity, I have been with the old people. Although I am not good at communication, I can listen to the old people's words, listen to their past stories, and do some small things I can, which can also make everyone laugh happily.

This experience, let me feel a lot, I understand the hard work of sanitation workers, but also feel the loneliness of old people in nursing homes. Our training is over, and we are ready to serve the National Games!
X, X, two days before the opening of the National Games, we were informed to report to Licheng District Health Center. Director X and Deputy Director X arranged the service time for us according to the class, and I was arranged to serve from X to X.
On the morning of X, X volunteers rushed to Licheng District Health Center, leaving one person on duty in the office, and the rest 10 people were divided into five groups to work with different health center staff. Shao Changfa and I followed Deputy Director X, divided into groups and set off immediately. I feel that the knowledge we learned during training will finally come in handy. But I was wrong. We didn't play a practical role at all, just as a foil to the health center. We went to Lijing Hotel, a four-star hotel, which was also designated by the National Games to receive tour groups. Director X took us to check their kitchen. He was talking all by himself from beginning to end, and we were right behind him, so there was no chance to practice in person and use the theoretical knowledge we had learned. Probably the reason why the leader has been working for a long time. I don't like Director X's bossy attitude at all. He just goes in and out of people's kitchens, tries his best to find faults and give the manager a good lecture. Then we sit there and check the employees' health certificates and the hotel's business license. When we find that the license has expired, Director X plausibly asks them to get a new business license quickly.
I was thinking at that time: why didn't the people in the health center find out in advance when the permits expired, or they didn't come out for inspection at ordinary times. This inspection was just a show! Especially with two volunteers, very ostentatious! What makes me even more unbearable is that we always * * * checked and soon went to eat in the private room on the fourth floor. Director X called his two friends again to gather together a table, and we ate and drank a meal in such a "shady" way. Obviously, it is no different from eating and drinking with public funds! We ate the hotel's specialties and the dishes recommended by the chef, and then Director X received a phone call saying that the food at the racecourse had gone bad and needed him to deal with it. He woke up this time and quickly left for the racecourse.
The next day, it was even worse. Director X told us that the car was not enough and directly sent us back to school. On the third day, too, two more groups were "sent back" to school. We took the bus for nearly an hour and came back by car without doing any work, which was a waste of time ...
I am very disappointed with this service, and I really feel that it is meaningful when there is no training. The corruption of civil servants in China is evident! This kind of service can only be written in the log. I am really embarrassed to tell others that this is not a service. Maybe the comrades in the health center don't need our so-called volunteers at all, or maybe we will hinder them from eating, drinking and enjoying themselves! In short, I am disappointed and angry!
Now that the National Games is over, it's good to have such an experience, but there are some regrets. If you can really serve, it's worthwhile to sweat.

On the first day, when I first confronted these children, they left a deep impression on me. Among them, a boy named Doudou often can't control his emotions and keeps patting himself on the head. This situation is far from my understanding of "autism" in which I am immersed in my own world and don't communicate with others. I realized that I need to know this group more accurately. During the period of studying and playing with children, I found that they have the same characteristics-it is not easy to concentrate, or once they focus on things that interest them, they ignore everything outside. For example, the little math genius Yu Sili, when he is reading a book, no matter what others do, he can't influence him, which makes me feel incredible. For the first time, I deeply realized the realm of "keeping my ears closed to things outside the window and reading only sage books". They like singing as much as children of the same age, but their tones are different from those of children of the same age because of the necessary obstacles in speech communication.
