These 13 farmers from Group 2, Balipu Village, East of yutian county City, Tangshan City, with their own tools, arrived in emergency headquarters of Chenzhou Electric Power in the morning of the second day of junior high school and became the supernumerary "carrying team" of Hunan Electric Power Installation Engineering Company. Every day, they get up early and step on the snow to carry equipment, materials and poles for emergency repair.
