Application conditions
At the same time, employees who meet the following conditions may apply for subsidies for upgrading their vocational skills:
(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law, and to pay unemployment insurance premiums for more than 36 months (including 36 months) as of the date of application;

Subsidy standard

(two) the municipal human resources and social security departments may, according to the development direction of local industries and the demand of human resources market, study and formulate the catalogue of occupations (jobs) that are in urgent need in this region, and implement dynamic adjustment. The formulation and revision of the urgently needed occupation (type of work) directory shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for the record. The subsidy standard for upgrading vocational skills of urgently needed occupations (jobs) will not rise by more than 20% on the basis of the original subsidy standard.
(three) the same occupation (type of work) at the same level can only apply for and enjoy a vocational skill upgrading subsidy. When the employee unemployment insurance relationship is transferred across the overall planning area, the unemployment insurance agency shall indicate in the transfer information the employee's enjoyment of vocational skills upgrading subsidies.
(4) The Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Finance shall, according to the comprehensive factors such as the operation of the province's unemployment insurance fund, the cost of skills upgrading training and the cost of appraisal and assessment, make timely adjustments to the subsidy standards for vocational skills upgrading.
