2. Click I want to do tax - Invoice use - Invoice collection - Online invoice collection application

4. Select "Collect by mail" for "Ticket Collection Method".

5. Select "Receiving Address".

6. If there is no address, you can add it by clicking the Add button; if you have an address, you can skip this step.

7. Click Save-Next.
