3. Application procedures for overdue payment: those who meet the requirements will submit the application materials to the original resettlement unit. If the original resettlement unit does not exist, it shall be handed over to the higher authorities of the original resettlement unit. After the original resettlement unit or its superior competent department has collected all the application materials, it shall be handed over to the veterans affairs department at the corresponding level where the demobilized soldiers originally went through the resettlement procedures. Determine the overdue funds payable by the units and individuals. The service center for retired military personnel or the original resettlement unit or its superior competent department shall start the formalities for overdue payment.
