Discipline inspection organs are under the dual leadership of Party committees at the same level and discipline inspection commissions at higher levels.
Its main responsibilities are:
1, check the problems of state administrative organs in observing and implementing laws, regulations and decisions and orders of the people's government;
2, accept the state administrative organs and their civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organs in violation of administrative discipline, accusation;
3, investigate and deal with the state administrative organs and their civil servants and other personnel appointed by the state administrative organs in violation of administrative discipline;
4. Accepting complaints from civil servants of state administrative organs and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs who refuse to accept the punishment decision given by the competent administrative organs, as well as other complaints accepted by supervisory organs as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
5. Other duties as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
The supervisory organs shall, in accordance with the provisions of the State Council, organize, coordinate, inspect and guide the openness of government affairs and correct unhealthy practices that harm the interests of the masses.
The main contents of discipline inspection and supervision work are:
1, do a good job as a staff officer and assistant of the general branch of the community, and assist the general branch to do a good job in building a clean and honest party style and leading cadres' integrity and self-discipline. Conscientiously perform the four functions of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and check the implementation of the Party's line, principles, policies and resolutions in our community.
2. Assist the General Party Branch to take various forms to educate the Party organization and party member on Party spirit, style and discipline. Strengthen the ability of Party organizations and party member to resist corruption and change in developing the socialist market economy, and actively carry out the anti-corruption struggle.
3, reception, acceptance of the party's organization, party member and the masses in the party's discipline report, complaint, complaint and suggestions, reflect, etc.
4. Check and hear cases in which the Party organization and party member violate the laws and regulations of the Party and the state, and decide or change the punishment for violating party member.
5. Maintain party member's rights and other legitimate rights and interests stipulated by party constitution. Support Party organizations and party member to fight against illegal and disorderly behaviors and unhealthy practices.
6, manage complaints and appeals, manage letters and visits from the masses and report, and safeguard the democratic rights of cadres in party member.
7. To undertake other matters assigned by the superior discipline inspection commission.
