Select the "VAT Electronic Special Invoice" type through the "Tax Refund Verification" module, and you can directly find out the invoices that meet the tax refund verification conditions, and just check them directly. Check the completed electronic VAT special invoice, which needs to be confirmed. After the confirmation operation is completed, the comprehensive service platform synchronizes the invoice data and the checked tax refund to the export tax refund audit system for the next tax refund audit.
After the export tax rebate declaration is successful, you need to do:
1. Log on to the website of the Electronic Taxation Bureau. After logging in successfully, click "Export Tax Refund Management" under the "I want to do tax" module, and then click "Online declaration" module to enter the declaration interface.
2. Detailed data collection: First, click the tax refund declaration module → goods collection → export/purchase detailed collection to enter the detailed data entry interface. Click "New" to open the data entry interface, and fill in the specific contents according to the customs declaration form, purchase invoice and other materials.
3. Data Check: Click Tax Refund Declaration → Data Declaration → Data Check to check the association and exchange costs.
4. Generate a summary with one click. After data inspection, click Tax Refund Declaration → Data Declaration → Click to generate summary, and enter data in the summary table. Enter the declaration date and batch in the pop-up dialog box, and click Save.
5. Generate declaration data, click "Generate Declaration Data", and the interface will automatically jump to the declaration data query. Note that paperless enterprises need to insert paperless equipment when generating declaration data.
6. Data statement. If there is no problem in the review, you can directly click "Confirm Declaration" to submit the data for formal declaration.
7. Print the report, click Tax Refund Declaration → Data Declaration → Print Tax Refund Declaration Report, and select the report to be printed. The online declaration system supports batch print, and all the selected reports can be printed at one time.
