The process of issuing a certificate of no criminal record:

1. The neighborhood committee where the household registration is located shall issue a certificate, and the relevant person in charge of the neighborhood committee shall know the specific contents, and then seal and sign it;

2. Sign and seal the police who reported the film (the staff of the police station where the account is located will help you find the name and contact information of the police who reported the film);

3. Sign and seal at the police station. Or, directly bring your personal ID card account book to the police station where your household registration is located.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants shall employ civil servants in accordance with the following procedures:

(a) issued a recruitment notice;

(2) Registration and qualification examination;

(3) Examination;

(4) inspection and physical examination;

(five) publicity, approval or filing.

When necessary, the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level may adjust the above procedures.
