Application materials and procedures (1) For application materials and procedures, please refer to the Guide to Procedures for Going Abroad to Hong Kong and Macao on Business in Foshan City or visit the website of Foshan Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau (Foshan Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau) to consult and download relevant application materials. (2) Submit the business license (copy), organization code certificate and a copy of the ID card of the legal representative (person in charge). The above materials need to be stamped with the official seal of the company for inspection. (3) Submit a copy of the tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate of the enterprise in the last (current) year issued by the tax authorities.
