According to the arrangement of the Notice of Shaanxi Medical Insurance Service Platform for Medical Insurance (No.2/KLOC-0 [2022] of the Municipal Medical Insurance Agency Service Center), the relevant matters concerning the payment of medical insurance premiums for urban workers in June, July and August of 2022 are hereby notified as follows:

First of all, the timetable

On July 2-3, the city approved the medical insurance expenses for employees in June (that is, the accounting period number is 202206). From July 4th to July15th, all units can handle the business of increase or decrease in July (that is, the accounting period number is 202207, and the newly added insurance renewal personnel need to pay in July, while those who stop insurance will not pay in July);

From July 16 to July 17, the city uniformly approved the medical insurance expenses for employees in July (i.e. the accounting period number is 202207). From July 18 to July 3 1 day, all units can handle the business of increase or decrease in August (that is, the accounting period number is 202208, and those who renew the insurance need to pay in August, and those who stop the insurance will not pay in August);

On August 1-5, the city uniformly approved the medical insurance expenses for employees in August (that is, the accounting period number is 202208). From August 6th to August 30th, 3 1, each unit can handle the business of increase or decrease in September (that is, the accounting period number is 202209, and those who renew insurance need to pay in September, but those who stop insurance don't need it).

Second, matters needing attention

Insured units can only pay according to the approved amount in chronological order (no overpayment or underpayment) (if there are multiple arrears months, they should start from the earliest arrears month).

For the funds to be transferred in the original company account, the system will automatically deduct the balance when generating the collection information, and push the differential payment data to the tax. Insured units declare and pay the medical insurance expenses of employees through the "social security fee management client" software "special payment declaration" module provided by the tax department.

If you find that the payment figure is wrong, remember not to pay blindly, and then continue to pay after the reconciliation with the affiliated medical insurance agency is completed.

* Tip:

On August 1 day, Xi's medical insurance payment was transferred to the normal cycle. If there is no special notice, every month 1-5, the medical insurance expenses of employees in the city will be approved in batches. From 6th to the last day of the end of the month, both the medical insurance handling hall and the public service platform can handle the increase or decrease hook business normally.
