It failed. By February 2, 20231,Shijiazhuang tried many times to build Zhengding New District into a new growth pole of the city, but all ended in failure. Zhengding new district refers to the riverside new district in the urban spatial layout structure "one city, three districts and three groups" determined by Shijiazhuang. Located in the east of Zhengding ancient city, facing the main city of Shijiazhuang across the river, the goal is to make it a culturally and ecologically livable city.
