How to be a qualified tax worker
When it comes to qualified tax cadres, the first thing that comes to mind is "excellent politics, proficient business and excellent work style". But how can we achieve this ideal situation? I want to talk about it from nine aspects. That is to say, we should be serious in our work, study hard in our business, be restrained in our behavior, be polite in our work, obey in our organization, unite among comrades, be honest in our life, be temperate in our life, and be dedicated in our career. Whoever really achieves these "nine essentials" will surely become a qualified tax cadre, and whoever has a good career development. First, as a national public servant, we should be serious about the work within our responsibilities at work, and we should not delay, let alone be lazy and slippery. We should do our best to make it difficult for others to find faults. Over the years, I have observed and realized that the most important thing for a person to stand, develop and be respected in an organization is to let everyone recognize that he is an enterprising, down-to-earth and conscientious person. Formally speaking, the work is for the unit, but in fact it is for yourself. Comrades, think about it. Is this the reason? However, some of our comrades, knowing that this is the reason, just can't get serious, even to the point where people can't understand it. Say he doesn't love his post, and he still chooses his own post; Say that he is not dedicated, and he takes his work seriously; Let's say he's not satisfied. He can tell a thing or two in the "three-knowledge" education, but he can't get on the job. If the tax sources under the jurisdiction are unclear, the procedures for tax enforcement are unclear, and taxpayers ask questions, where can we start to strengthen tax collection and management? We have some comrades who don't contribute to the work, and it seems that they have nothing to do with the quality of collection and management and the honor of local taxes. There are also some comrades who procrastinate and buck-talk. If they don't do the work on the same day, they can put it off if they can. What's more, their superiors are a little more careful in their work, and they don't get any benefits, so they feel bored, even passive and lazy. Once a person forms the habit of being lazy, irresponsible and not serious at work, his character will have problems, and then he will be unfaithful in everything. People who don't do things seriously are people who joke about their own character and play with their own future. This is the reason why some people accomplish nothing in their lives. They always make people uneasy when they do things, and they always have to be checked for leaks. Just imagine, which leader is willing to put such a person in an important position? Once a person forms this bad habit, it will be a very laborious thing to change it. Habit constitutes character, and character determines fate! Good habits are wealth, which is the most basic living condition in life and career. Here, the first thing I want to emphasize is the issue of love and dedication. Love and respect for one's post is a common question, and it is a truth that everyone understands, but why can't some people just do it? I think it's a matter of world outlook, the angle and method of looking at and thinking about problems, and whether we can treat the environment with healthy psychology. We propose to carry out the education of "knowing gratitude, contentment and responsibility" to solve this problem, but it turns out that people who are not serious about their work are even less serious about the activities carried out by the bureau, so they are caught in a vicious circle. I hope these comrades will get serious soon for their own sake. Secondly, I also want to emphasize the initiative of work. A few days ago, I read a book called "Letter to Garcia", which is very popular in the world. In this book, this issue is very incisive. "The world will give you a generous reward, both money and honor. As long as you have such a quality, it is initiative." What is initiative? Initiative means that he can finish his work well without being told. Almost, he can do it if he is told once. Worse, he will do it if he is told twice. Worse, he can do it well when the situation forces him. The worst thing is that even if someone chases him, tells him how to do it and stares at him, he will not do it. Why do you set up "two supervision offices" and supervision posts now? There are really many such people. You can compare what kind of people you belong to. I sincerely hope that all our colleagues can overcome their inertia and become the kind of people who can do their work well without being told or only once. I have never forgotten a word my teacher said, he said; "People who don't do things seriously, take the initiative and are not responsible are all people with more or less problems in professional ethics, and they are all people who won't make great achievements. No matter what society or unit, such people are looked down upon and unpopular. " Second, you should have a strong desire for knowledge in business study, and you should not relax your business study for a moment, and you should have expertise in learning and become the backbone or "top" of a certain field. However, it is not easy for you to truly master business, especially with China's accession to the WTO, tax policies have changed greatly, and tax science and technology have been deepened. If you give up learning new knowledge, mastering new skills and studying new problems, Therefore, no matter who is old or young, no matter who has been engaged in tax work for a long time or a short time, as long as you don't want to retire, there is a learning problem. As you can clearly see, some old tax businesses in the past were very well connected, but now with the popularization of computers, some of them can't even check their accounts. I think everyone should not only know how to do your business, but also know why. At the same time, we should also know how to deal with the business related to it. Learning business should have a spirit of breaking the casserole-pattern (question) to the end. But some of our comrades are not like this, and they don't know much about their business. If you ask him why he did it, he will say, "I don't know, the leader asked me to do it." If you want to ask him about other positions, you don't know. After working in the management department for a long time, business owners asked about the procedures for tax registration, worked in the inspection department for a long time, and asked about the procedures needed for enterprise audit. I am afraid there are many people who can't answer. I believe that no leader will value such people. When I was watching a TV lecture, a professor said that learning was very good, and I agreed with him, he said; "If you want to learn business well, you must have precepts: one is to abstain from laziness. Everyone has laziness. I said that quitting laziness is similar to detoxification. It is easier said than done. Many people can become great talents, and it is the word "laziness" that keeps him from success. Get rid of laziness and get what you want. Try it. Second, abstain from vanity. Confucius said, "Knowing is knowing, not knowing is not knowing, but knowing." Afraid of losing face, not knowing how to ask, not knowing how to pretend to know, this is the enemy of learning business. Especially new comrades, should pay more attention to this problem. You can't be ashamed. If you don't understand, you have to ask. If you understand a question in a few days, you will be great in a few years. I'm afraid some people who have been engaged in tax work for many years can't compare with you. I don't think every cadre can be required to be fully proficient in tax business, but you should at least really understand a certain aspect of business, and it is best to have something extraordinary, to be an "authority" and an "expert" within a certain range. Some words make sense to ponder. Such as: "one trick is fresh, eat all over the sky" and "learn a craft to support your family". I can't hear these words now, because those with great skills and those with little skills get almost the same. Some people have never graduated from primary school, and their lives are just as good. Until now, I can still hear some people say, "Can the * * * production party still not give food and starve people?" And "Do you dare to let us be laid off?" This system, this social environment, I do not know how many people with skills have entered the ranks of mediocre and incompetent people, which can not but make people feel sad. Up to now, some of our comrades still haven't turned their heads, chasing him to learn, but he doesn't learn. We advocate promoting learning by taking exams, and he is disgusted. The bureau organizes computer training and finds various excuses not to participate. They are not satisfied with the learning organized by the bureau. It shouldn't be! Training is a kind of welfare, and it is a kind of welfare to cultivate your professional viability. You can't be confused any more. You should know that the society we are facing is changing rapidly. The richer people get richer, the poorer people get poorer. Market economy means "survival of the fittest" and "survival of the fittest". This is a natural law, and no one can escape it. People who have no skills and expertise will have less and less room to live. What will we do once we leave our present position? Can you be an accountant or a software designer? We have no other ability but to collect some taxes. Therefore, we should learn more survival skills and have expertise in business, so as to win the respect of colleagues, the attention of leaders, and be able to eat everywhere. A few years ago, the inspection bureau organized all the staff to take the examination of registered economist and tax agent, which was very insightful. Comrade Shan Kaijun's research on computers also speaks volumes. Remember Marx's words: "Learning without skill will not help anyone at any time, nor will it bring benefits." It's empty talk to leave a business department to study business and talk about making progress. Do you want to do something? Then you love your post and settle down to learn business. Third, the model should be bound to abide by the laws and regulations of the state, resolutely implement the regulations of the state civil servants, and never violate the established moral concepts and codes of conduct. The so-called constraint is to limit yourself to the prescribed scope. Most young people don't like constraints and yearn for freedom. In fact, absolute "freedom" does not exist. Goethe, a German thinker, said: "As long as a person declares that he is bound, he will feel free." The French scientist Montesquieu famously said, "Freedom is the right to do everything permitted by law." Society is originally a big cage woven by laws, decrees, regulations, systems, norms, etc. It covers everyone. The freedom you want can only be sought in this limited space. If you want to do something outside this "cage", you will definitely ask for bad luck. Therefore, we should develop good behavior habits of self-discipline. State-owned laws and regulations. As a citizen, we must learn, understand and abide by the law. As a tax official, we must strictly implement the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" formulated by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China and related rules and regulations. Such as the "eight prohibitions" of the provincial bureau, various tax collection and management systems, and so on. Some comrades who have just joined the tax work may feel that there are too many rules and regulations of the tax bureau, but comrades should know that we are enforcing the law on behalf of the country, and our work responsibilities are great. Every post has certain rights and is highly concerned by the society. What does the violation of law and discipline in our system over the past few years show? Some of them are caused by lax system, and some are caused by inadequate implementation of the system, which has caused many cadres to make a mistake, and the damage to society, family and myself is still small? It's too late to regret if you don't restrain small things. Therefore, we advocate the prevention of micro-duration and the sound of alarm bells. There is also a problem that is bound by moral concepts and codes of conduct, and everyone cannot ignore it. Many unwritten rules are worse than written rules, especially young people should pay attention to them, otherwise they will suffer. For example, young people should learn to respect older people and speak according to their status. Many veteran comrades, though not highly educated, have more experience and strong professionalism. We should learn from them with an open mind and never look down on them. When I was studying in Changchun, I had a classmate who was our monitor and worked in a tax bureau in Changchun. He was a little talented, and seven didn't deserve eight. There was always a feeling that he didn't meet his talents and looked down on the leaders of his unit. When I mentioned the leader on different occasions, I said, "I can't teach him this kind of person for three years." In fact, people who have this idea may not be able to do things well, and there are not many good endings. It is my classmate who is now facing the situation that it is difficult to choose a post. Not to mention the leadership, at least his own progress has been affected. Fourth, we should be polite in dealing with things, cultivate the good habit of respecting taxpayers, put ourselves in the taxpayer's shoes, put ourselves in the other's shoes, and serve taxpayers wholeheartedly. Our tax work is facing the transformation from "supervision and attack" to "management and service". Quality service is the premise of doing all kinds of tax work well and the magic weapon to resolve the contradiction between collection and payment, and the basis of quality service is politeness and civilization. However, some comrades shout for quality service, but actually they don't know where to start. Then you should start with politeness. In fact, politeness is morality. Being rude to others is not only a manifestation of bad character, but a concentrated exposure of many bad habits. People who are really polite (not forced by the outside world) are people with extremely high self-restraint. Therefore, when we are polite, we must start with personal self-cultivation. Specifically, we should cultivate "a habit" and "an ability". "A habit" means respecting people's habits. If you don't learn to respect people, what kind of civilized service and polite service are all lies. Many people quarrel with taxpayers and are reported by taxpayers, mostly because they don't respect taxpayers. This is about changing ideas. With the change of the world and the development of the economy, we can no longer have the idea that taxes are the boss and law enforcers are above us. With the implementation of the new Tax Administration Law, the rights and status of taxpayers are equal to ours. We do our duty to serve them. If our service is not good, taxpayers have the right to refuse us, which is our dereliction of duty. At ordinary times, when we say to pay tribute to taxpayers, how to pay tribute is just to ask you to respect others, but how many comrades can really do this? We don't want to treat taxpayers as gods, that's an illusory thing. You can really treat taxpayers as your relatives and friends. So what is respect for people? First of all, we should dress neatly, talk politely, behave generously and be kind to others. Maybe some comrades pay attention to the heart and don't care about the appearance, but when we are in contact with people, they first see your appearance and hear your talk, not your heart. If the first impression is bad, people will have some resistance to you from the heart, and there will be a gap in their cooperation at work. Therefore, we should pay attention to pretending to be disciplined and using civilized language. In particular, window units should establish a taxpayer-centered consciousness, do a good job in the responsibility system of first inquiry, and implement one-stop office, so that taxpayers can really understand when they leave the local taxation bureau. People who respect others are considerate; People who think more about other people's affairs than their own, we must do what is convenient for taxpayers (as long as it is not illegal). "A kind of ability" means the ability to tolerate. When the taxpayer blames something, and the responsibility is not yours, he can stay calm and not get angry even if the taxpayer adds it for no reason (to be so patient, kung fu is home). A few years ago, Zhang Donghua handled a drunken riot incident of a driver, and the effect was very good. Forgive others' mistakes, even if you are reasonable, you should give three points, and you must never straighten it out and be arrogant. Let people get up and down, and have the opportunity to correct their mistakes. There is a knife in the word "forbearance". Tolerance is easier said than done, because everyone has self-esteem and face, and forbearance and accommodation is not the behavior of the weak, but a deep life accomplishment. People have self-restraint, and politeness has a foundation. Just as someone said, civilized and polite behavior is the external expression of inner virtue. Politeness is not only for taxpayers, but also for colleagues and people in all circumstances. Fifth, organizational obedience is organizational obedience, that is, obedience to leadership. This leadership refers not only to the director, but to anyone who has the right to direct and guide your work. Decisions and instructions from superiors must be unconditionally obeyed, and habits should be formed, even if they don't understand, they should be seriously implemented. There is an important principle in management, which is called the principle of obedience, that is, subordinates must obey orders from superiors, and subordinates have no right to judge the right or wrong of instructions from superiors, and the right or wrong of superiors can only be decided by superiors. Never refuse to carry out the instructions of your superiors just because you think they are incorrect and unreasonable. (Not including obviously illegal orders, of course) That's why we have many problems now. There are orders that can't be done, prohibitions, laws that don't follow, rules that don't follow, and even "there are policies at the top and countermeasures at the bottom". One of the important reasons for this problem is the poor basic quality of civil servants, who lack respect for management and leaders as subordinates. Some people may think that this is a manifestation of social progress and a human right. I don't agree, even in the advanced enterprise management in the west, the hierarchy is very clear, and in work, it is absolutely unambiguous that subordinates obey superiors. Because they know very well that an organization that lacks order will have disastrous consequences. We often hear people say that there is nothing wrong with me, but I am a little resistant and I don't get along well with leaders. And when they say these words, they are somewhat proud, not reviewing themselves. I always have some doubts about such people. Why do you have to do this? First, it is not conducive to work, and second, can you get anything from it? There are still some people who are always suspicious of this and that, who suspect that the leader can't get through himself and mess with himself. I think, as a leader, no one wants to mess with his subordinates. If a leader treats his subordinates as nothing and he can't find anything, he will also be laughed at and laughed at for his incompetence, so don't be suspicious and take the initiative to oppose the leadership tree. There are still some people who often comment on the leaders in private, vent some personal dissatisfaction, and even say something that harms others and does not benefit themselves. I really don't understand these colleagues. No matter how bad the leader is, isn't he arranged to be your leader in the organization at present? If you don't think about the leader, you should also think about this collective. In fact, belittling the leadership and not raising yourself just reflects your poor quality. In foreign enterprises, you will be fired for this alone. Because these people's irresponsible nonsense will affect many people, and over time it will produce a bad atmosphere in the collective where we live. The damage to the unit and the collective is incalculable. I'm not saying that you can't discuss the fault of the leader, and you can't put forward different opinions, but you must pay attention to the way and place. Organizational obedience is also a question of respecting the leader. Respect for the leader is because he is in that position, and obedience to the leader is because he has the authority entrusted to him by the organization. The leader is a legal person or entrusted by a legal person, and his behavior is an organizational behavior. It is our overall management and command system that does not respect and obey the leadership and fights against destruction. Any formal unit has a power line that starts from the top management, passes through all management levels and runs through to the grass-roots level, which is called "chain of command" in management. If there is a problem in this chain, it will bring great trouble. As the departments of our bureau, each branch and section chief is the key link of this chain. Sixth, colleagues should unite and live in harmony with each other. We should not make enemies or hate each other. Through the efforts of each of us, a good atmosphere of mutual care, mutual love and mutual help will emerge in our collective. Unity among colleagues in a unit or department is very important. If you compete with each other and intrigue against each other, this unit and department will be brought down, and no matter who wins or loses, the two sides in the struggle will not get good results. I have also worked in many groups. What I miss most is the working environment when I was in the collection and management department of the former tax bureau. Colleagues at that time called our collective "the second family". Within eight hours, everyone treats their colleagues like their own family members, and even their troubles in the family will disappear when they are told at work. They can all go home with a good mood and infect their families. I always think that there are so many people in the world, and it is a kind of fate that we work together alone. There is no need to make the relationship so tense. In this world, people without faults can't be found, and people without advantages can't be found. Therefore, colleagues should pay more attention to their strengths and less attention to their shortcomings. Some people always think that they are very good, no one is inferior to themselves, and there is no one who can value them in his eyes. There is a saying that "there are many good people in the eyes of good people" is very philosophical. I think so. When you feel bad about Zhang and Li, you should first review yourself, see if there is something wrong, and observe how others evaluate yourself. At ordinary times, you may not feel it, but at the critical moment, people will push you aside. In the process of studying western management, I came to the conclusion that even in the case of full competition in the West, 90% of the people who were fired were not because they were incompetent in their jobs, but because they lacked team consciousness and cooperative spirit, and the reason was profound. I hope each of us will not test ourselves. People's abilities are big or small, and you can't underestimate the small ones with great abilities. Remember that underestimating a person is the beginning of making an enemy for yourself. Great skill, but not great people. No matter how great your skill is, if others don't buy your account, you will become a loner. As the old saying goes, "He who cherishes things is no great man. Those who are embarrassed are also fine. " It means that pride is a sign of smallness. Many talented people fail, or fail to speak of the climate, mostly because of their arrogant and dissolute attitude to despise and even bully others. Therefore, colleagues should compete less and argue less, arguing is the most likely to hurt feelings, and no one has the responsibility and obligation to be convinced. You can talk about something, but don't force others to agree or accept it. When you find your colleagues' faults and problems, you should criticize them in good faith, and pay attention to the time, place, ways and means, so that people can see that you care about them. When colleagues make achievements, we should encourage and praise him and share the joy of success with him, but we should not be dismissive or even jealous. Especially when you have a conflict of interest with your colleagues on promotion and fame, you must be calm and take such things lightly, and you must never have the evil thought of "you can't shoot a deer and don't let it eat grass". In fact, if you can really do this, the promotion and fame will fall on your head. Things in the world are sometimes so strange. If you try your best to pursue it, you will find it escaping from you. When you don't pursue it deliberately, it will come to you quietly. After years of social practice, I have summed up such a rule, "unite cadres and unite talents." Here, I would also like to talk about the problem that a unit should establish a good atmosphere and suppress evil winds with positive winds. This will start with the interpersonal communication within the unit. I think, as a self-motivated person, you should make friends with people who want to do business and care about the collective. These people have ambition and pursuit, and live a full life. They will infect you invisibly and make progress unconsciously. Don't make friends with those who have no ambition and are mediocre, but complain bitterly, otherwise, you will be demoralized and will not make progress; Make friends with people who are decent, aboveboard and reasonable. Don't make friends with people who are thoughtful, love to make trouble, talk about gossip all day, and seem to be quite "orthodox" and "just", otherwise, your quality will be greatly discounted, and it will be difficult to say what kind of person you are over time; Make friends with colleagues who are good at discovering your strengths and will encourage you as soon as you get results. Don't make friends with people who often throw cold water on you and tell you that it's neither good nor right. They seem to care about you and love you, but they are actually weakening your enthusiasm and undermining your initiative. Otherwise, the great potential of your deep sleep (everyone has it) can't be brought into play, and you can't achieve great things in your life; Make friends with colleagues who are good at finding your faults and dare to criticize you. Don't make friends with people who only say sweet words, even if you make mistakes, they are still making excuses and covering for you, otherwise you will form a psychology of hating being criticized and become a vulgar person; Make friends with people who are good at helping you find the reasons from yourself after you think you have met unfair things, so as to achieve a balance in your heart. Don't make friends with people who are just fighting for you and adding fuel to the fire. For example, if you think it unfair to promote others but not you, there will be two kinds of people in front of you. One kind of person may say a few words of sympathy to you, but mainly point out your shortcomings, explain that it is reasonable not to promote you in the organization, and help you analyze how you should work hard in the future. One kind of person leans to you, "It is wrong not to promote you, and no one should not promote you." Sounds like he's even angrier than you. I have analyzed that these people have different mentalities, and some of them are: "cats cry and mice shed crocodile tears", which is actually gloating; Have a plenty of "watching the fun is not afraid of big trouble", he was angry (think he should be promoted), want to use you as a gun, take it out on himself. I found that this kind of people usually just talk in front of you, most of them keep silent in front of colleagues, especially leaders, and personal talk is an understatement, and what's more, it is ironic. When people are emotionally unstable, it is difficult to distinguish good from bad because of lack of rationality. The latter kind of people are often regarded as their own good people. I advise you not to make friends with such a "good man". What he did, besides complicating things, will not help you to eliminate your pain and solve your problems at all, and will probably push you to a dangerous road, and you will be devastated and broken. It will also spoil the atmosphere of a unit. Seventh, people should be honest with their superiors, colleagues and taxpayers, do not talk big and lie, and be responsible for what they say and promise, even if they are in trouble, they can't easily break their promises. "People don't stand without faith", "When credit disappears, the body has no life" and "the disaster is greater than no faith". These words are enough to illustrate the importance of the word "integrity" to individuals. In real life, people who keep their word are honest people, honest people. Now there is a phenomenon that some people like honest people, but they don't want to be honest (they still like to do it). They think that honest people and honest people suffer, and some even combine simple and honest honesty with incompetence. They are happy to be clever and "play". I don't think anyone is a fool, and no one is more stupid than anyone else. If there is a difference, it's just that some brains reflect faster and some slow. If you "play" with others, they may not reflect it for a while, and they may come back after a sleep. You may have been fooled this time, but you may know who you are next time. Just as Lincoln, the former president of the United States, said, "You can cheat some people all the time, and you can cheat all the people at some time, but you can't cheat all the people at all times." A minister in the Qing Dynasty once said a famous saying: "People who want to make a difference in the world with wisdom have no idea that there are no fools in the world." A person can only be trusted once, no matter who is found to be dishonest and telling lies, even if his original image in people's minds is lofty, it is not easy to return to the past. In my opinion, the really smart people are honest people, especially those who make people look a little stupid. What these people say, others will believe it. The real fools are those who are too calculating and shrewd. What these people get is that others should be fortified before they get along with him, and no one will believe them even if they tell the truth. Nine times out of ten, these people have no happy ending. Only honest people can live a safe life and stand the test of facts and time. Now, we should create an atmosphere of paying taxes in good faith, and create an honest institution, so we should start from each of us, be honest in people and do things in good faith. Enhance the image of local tax and lay a solid foundation for its own growth. Eighth, we should refrain from greed for money, power, pleasure, and giving what we don't deserve, be upright, do things honestly, and maintain a noble personality. Abstinence in life means abstinence from selfish desires. Laozi advocated "less selfish desires", and later generations regarded him as an ascetic. In fact, this is not correct. "Being selfish" is not "selfless". "Lack of desire" is not "no desire". It is hoped that people will grasp the principle of appropriate "degree" in satisfying their desires. This "degree", as I understand it, means that you can grasp it within the range recognized and accepted by society and others. There is an idiom called "rigidity without desire", which is more reasonable if it is called "rigidity with little desire". "Lust" exists in almost everyone from senior officials to civilians, and it rises from low to high, from small to large. It is very difficult to control selfish desires. Since the emergence of money in society, people's possessiveness of money can be said to be the first of all desires, especially in today's society, people's pursuit of money has reached the level of obsession, and people who don't like money have not found a second person except Mao Zedong. However, isn't the more money the better? Is it true that the more money, the more happiness? There is a passage that I want to give the best answer to. "Money can buy a house, but it can't buy a home; Money can buy medicine, but not health; Money can buy jewelry but not beauty; Money can buy books, but not wisdom; Money can buy flattery, but not respect; Money can buy a body, but it can't buy a soul; Money can buy fame, but it can't buy real learning; Money can buy a villain's heart, but it can't buy a gentleman's ambition ... ". It warns people that money is not everything. "A gentleman loves money and takes it wisely", which means that you must take the money you deserve. If you take the money you don't deserve, your heart will never be at peace, then the consequences of this money are not worth the candle. Moderation in life is the premise for us to control the possessiveness of money. Zhiqiang Chi once sang, "Money, you are a knife that kills people without seeing blood". Are there few examples around us? "People die for money, birds die for food". Of course, there are no such examples in our collective, but there are some phenomena that should arouse our vigilance. Some make use of the right to stop reporting, adjust the quota and investigate to get something to eat, take, get stuck and want. Some do something for taxpayers, but they are not balanced in their hearts without giving benefits. I feel humiliated when I don't stay for dinner when I go to work in the enterprise. This is a dangerous omen. Not to mention that you are damaging the image of the local tax, what matters is to lose your personality. Some people invite you to dinner and give you money and things out of helplessness. They are not willing. They often give them to you in front and scold you behind, and they will sue you if they fail to do something. Others give you benefits in order to take advantage of you and seek more benefits for him. Can you do that? People can't be slaves to money. Some comrades, because they ate others' food and spent others' money, had to be led by the nose, losing their dignity and personality. Despite our repeated requests, we "intercede."
