In the civil service interview, candidates need to be grouped. Candidates who apply for the same position are generally divided into the same group and the same field. Due to the large number of recruits, it is impossible to divide the positions in the same group into two or more interview groups according to the ranking of the total written test scores, and the recruitment plan for this position is reasonably divided into each interview group. In the future, the comprehensive test scores of candidates will be sorted according to the interview groups after the "snake grouping", and the split recruitment plan will be used respectively.
The full score of the interview is 100, and the score line of the interview is 60. Candidates whose interview results fail to reach the qualified score line shall not be considered as candidates for physical examination and inspection. The calculation formula of comprehensive test scores of candidates is: comprehensive test scores of candidates = total written test scores ÷ 2× 40%+interview scores × 60%, and the comprehensive test scores are kept at 2 decimal places.
Finally, according to the employment plan and candidates' comprehensive test scores, the list of candidates for physical examination is determined according to the ratio of no more than 1: 1 for different positions (interview times after snake grouping). If the comprehensive scores of the last candidates in the proportion are tied, the candidates who enter the physical examination shall be determined in the following order: minority candidates who apply for the organs of ethnic autonomous counties, retired soldiers, children or spouses of martyrs, those with higher academic qualifications (degrees), those with longer grassroots work experience, those who apply for disabled people who are competent for positions, and those with higher administrative professional ability test scores. If the above conditions are the same, they will all enter the physical examination and inspection, and they will be selected according to the results of the physical examination and inspection.
