3. Payment channel in the tax hall: the payer submits the relevant documents (ID card or residence permit) to the tax service hall of the competent tax authority to declare payment.
Electronic receipts and special bills paid through the above channels are valid payment vouchers. If the payer really needs to change the paper payment voucher, it can issue a paper version of the social insurance fee payment voucher in the village (neighborhood) committee, community, school and other collection agencies or tax hall.
