Parents of deceased employees (including biological parents, adoptive parents and step-parents), grandparents whose parents died and did not enjoy pension benefits, male over 60 years old, female over 55 years old or completely incapacitated. If one of the grandparents, parents or spouse of the deceased employee has a fixed income such as salary and pension, those who have no income will not be included in the scope of support for the deceased employee. 3. The children of the deceased employees (including legitimate children, illegitimate children, adopted children with dependency, stepchildren, including legitimate children and illegitimate children including posthumous children) are under 18 years of age or completely incapacitated. The grandchild of the deceased employee (whose parents have died and are not entitled to a pension) is under the age of 18 or completely incapacitated. 4. Brothers and sisters whose parents have died and have not enjoyed pension benefits (including brothers and sisters whose parents are half-brothers or half-brothers, adopted brothers and sisters, and stepbrothers and sisters who have a dependency relationship) are under the age of 18 or completely incapacitated. Two. Items and standards of employee death pension 1. Funeral allowance: 2,000 yuan will be given to employees who die, and unauthorized burial will not be given in areas where cremation should be carried out (except those permitted by ethnic minorities and the state). 2. One-time hardship allowance: eight months' salary is paid to the immediate family before the death of the on-the-job employee; Retirees who die are given basic pensions to their immediate family members for 8 months before their death; Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, retired people and retired old workers died, and their immediate family members received a one-time subsidy for difficulties with reference to the standards of similar personnel in party and government organs. Those who have no immediate family members are not paid. 3. Pension for supporting immediate family members: If the deceased employee has immediate family members, regardless of the place of residence, the pension will be paid according to the minimum living security standard for urban residents where the deceased employee lives. Dependent lineal relatives 1-3 persons (including 3 persons) shall be paid at 300% of the minimum living standard for urban residents, but the total pension approved for the first time shall not exceed the monthly payment salary or basic pension of the deceased. In the future, the minimum living standard for urban residents where the deceased lived will be adjusted simultaneously. 4. According to the above regulations, if the pension standard for supporting immediate family members is lower than the standard stipulated in Document No.4, the standard stipulated in Document No.311can be implemented according to the standard stipulated in Document No.311,and it will be reduced when the minimum living standard for urban residents is adjusted in the future. 5. After the death of retired employees of enterprises and retired employees who participated in revolutionary work before the founding of the People's Republic of China, parents and spouses who meet the conditions for supporting immediate family members' pensions shall receive monthly pensions in addition to receiving pensions according to the prescribed standards. 1937 After the death of the person who participated in the revolutionary work before July 6, the pension was added to 50 yuan; War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression participated in revolutionary work and added 40 yuan; 25 yuan participated in revolutionary work during the War of Liberation. Third, the payment of employee death pension is 1. If the retirees of the insured enterprises die, they shall pay funeral subsidies, one-time subsidies for living difficulties and pensions for supporting immediate family members from the endowment insurance fund; Funeral subsidies for retirees of uninsured enterprises, one-time subsidies for living difficulties and pensions for immediate family members after death shall be paid by enterprises in accordance with the provisions of this notice. 2. After being released from prison or released from education, those who still meet the conditions for receiving pensions will be restored to enjoy pensions in accordance with the prescribed standards. 3. Workers and retirees died due to traffic accidents and other reasons, and their survivors and dependent immediate family members received traffic accident compensation and civil compensation. If the compensation standard is higher than the subsidy and pension standard for non-work-related death due to illness, they will no longer pay various subsidies and pensions in accordance with the provisions of this notice, and those below the standard will be supplemented or enjoyed.
