Among them, 300 yuan grade is only applicable to the lowest choice for groups with payment difficulties such as severely disabled people. In addition to the 300 yuan grade, the insured person chooses the payment grade independently, and pays the fee annually, and pays more. The annual payment of an individual shall not exceed the highest payment grade.
(2) Basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents
In 2023, the individual payment standard of the basic medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents in our city is: 450 yuan per person per year for ordinary residents, 650 yuan per person per year for second grade residents, and 300 yuan per person per year for minor residents and college students.

Log in to the "Love Shandong" App, search for "social security fee payment" and select "urban and rural residents" to pay.

Rural Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank have deployed equipment such as "Nongjintong", "Yunongtong" and "Huinongtong" in some communities and villages, and the insured can pay the fee nearby with their ID cards, social security cards and bank cards.

(a) the insured for the first time need to register before paying. Residents with household registration in this city need to hold their ID cards or household registration books, and go to the towns, streets and communities where the household registration is located to register for the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents; Non-local residents need to hold the original ID card and valid residence permit to register for the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in the towns and communities where they live.
(II) For the insured who normally pay during the centralized payment period, the period for urban and rural residents to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits is from 2023 1 month 1 day to 2023 1 February 31day. Insured persons who have not paid in the centralized payment period can enjoy basic medical insurance benefits only after paying for 3 months (except for special groups such as people with difficulties).
(3) Since 2022 1 month 1 day, newborns who participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents will be paid in accordance with the regulations, and will enjoy medical insurance benefits according to the second-class payment standard for ordinary residents. Among them, those who participate in the insurance within 6 months (inclusive) after birth and pay the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in the year of birth will enjoy benefits from the day of birth; From the 7th month after birth to 12 months (inclusive), those who participate in the insurance payment will enjoy the treatment from the next month of payment; Those who have paid for the insurance for more than 12 months can only enjoy the treatment after paying for 3 months (except for special groups such as people with difficulties).
(4) Students aged above 18 (born before 20041February 3 1 day) must complete the payment through the "social security premium payment" function of the above payment channels after attending schools (high schools, colleges and universities) to the medical insurance agencies in various districts and cities for batch registration and batch payment declaration.
(5) Before handling the supplementary payment of the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, it is necessary to hold the original ID card to the social security agency and social security office where the household registration is located for supplementary payment for approval, and then pay through the above payment channels.
