Interviewer selection:

After the written test, the interview organization and implementation organ will determine the candidates who will enter the interview from high to low according to the number of job recruitment plans and the ratio of 1:3 and the total score of qualified written test (total score of qualified written test = professional aptitude test+comprehensive application ability+care plus points). When the total score of the last candidate in the proportion is tied, it is also determined to be the candidate who enters the interview range.
