Zhu Zhongwen, male, is from Zizhong, Sichuan.
Graduated from Southwest Normal University in 1959. He once served as the vice principal and chairman of the labor union of Jianyang Normal School in Sichuan Province. He is currently the deputy director of the Local Chronicles Compilation Committee of Jianyang County, Sichuan Province, the deputy director of the Jianyang County Local Chronicles Office, a member of the Sichuan Province Local Chronicles Association, a director of the Neijiang Local Chronicles Society, the executive vice president of the Jianyang County Local Chronicles Society, and a member of the Sixth CPPCC County Committee.
He began to engage in local chronicle compilation and local chronicle research in 1984. In 1990, he was rated as an advanced worker in compilation of local chronicles in Neijiang City. In 1993, he received an honorary certificate from the Local Chronicles Compilation Committee of Sichuan Province. In 1996, he was rated as the best chronicler in Jianyang City. As an advanced worker in journal compilation, he has been commended 24 times by the province, city, county and school.
