Prepare materials
First of all, you need to bring your original accounting certificate and ID card, and then issue a copy of your work certificate and organization code certificate in your new unit.
Audit confirmation
Next, you need to go to the accounting department of the finance bureau where the new unit is located for review and confirmation. They will provide you with detailed call-in procedures and information sheets.
Go through the transfer formalities
Then, you need to go back to the finance bureau where the original accounting license is located to go through the transfer procedures. Bring the transferred files (including the transfer table, the basic information table of accounting practitioners or the application form of accounting qualification certificate, the work certificate of the new unit, etc.) and the completed accounting qualification management information table, as well as two one-inch color photos, to the accounting department of the local finance bureau of the new unit for transfer.
What if the company does not have the right to accept?
If no company is willing to handle the transfer formalities for you now, you can consider waiting for the time being, waiting for the company to be clear before making plans, or choose to find a company to link with, and temporarily put your transfer relationship in another company (even if you don't work there), so that they can stamp the official seal of the transfer certificate for you, and then you can use this certificate to go through the formalities.
Annual inspection and study
After the transfer, if you work in any company in the same city, you don't need to go through other formalities. Remember to attend the annual inspection and study on time every year, and the local issuing authority or tax study office will inform you.
