Applicants log in to the Guangdong Government Service Network to fill out the business form online and submit electronic materials, and submit an application for administrative license. The registration authority will conduct a preliminary review of the application documents and materials submitted online.
Accepted.
If the application documents and materials are complete and comply with the legal form, the registration authority will pass the preliminary review and notify the applicant to submit paper documents at the window or by postal express for acceptance and issue an "Acceptance Notice";
If the application documents and materials are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, the registration authority will inform the applicant of all the content that needs to be supplemented and corrected at once. If the application does not meet the acceptance conditions, it will explain the reasons for not accepting the application and issue a "Notice of Non-Acceptance" Book".
Review.
The registration authority will make a review decision within 3 working days from the date of accepting the materials.
Decision.
If permission is granted, an "Approval Notice" will be issued and the applicant will be notified that a business license or other registration certificate will be issued from the date of decision, and the applicant will receive it on site. If permission is not granted, a "Registration Refusal Notice" will be issued, explaining the reasons for not granting registration, and informing the applicant of its right to apply for administrative reconsideration or initiate administrative litigation in accordance with the law.

2. A valid copy of the changed corporate business license.
