The dismissal of civil servants by organs below the county level shall be reviewed by the competent department of civil servants at the county level and reported to the county party Committee for approval before making a decision. If a dismissal decision is made, the notice of dismissal of civil servants shall be served on the dismissed civil servants, informing them of the basis and reasons for dismissal, and sending the dismissal decision to the reporting unit. When handling the dismissal of civil servants, the appointment and removal organ shall suspend the examination and approval of those who are undergoing audit, disciplinary review, supervision and investigation, or those who are suspected of committing crimes and whose judicial proceedings have not yet ended.
After a public official of the tax bureau is dismissed, he shall hand over the files in accordance with the relevant provisions. Re-employment within 90 days, should be within 30 days after the employing unit report, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the transfer of cadres and personnel files, the files will be handed over to the relevant organizations and personnel departments for safekeeping. If the re-employment unit fails to find a job within 90 days or the re-employment unit does not have the storage conditions, the files shall be handed over in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of personnel files of floating personnel.
