In order to implement the requirements of our Committee to effectively change its functions and work style (big investigation, big discussion and big change), and to study and promote the activities of "changing and abolishing" normative documents, with the consent of relevant departments in the State Council, we decided to abolish seven regulations, such as the Notice on Printing and Distributing Detailed Rules for the Administration of Coal Production License, and the Provisions on Saving Coal in Power Grid and Thermal Power Plant 108 normative documents (see Annex 66).
