4. Have a legal and stable residence in Tianjin;
5. The residence permit score reaches the declaration guidance score (the declaration guidance score in 2020 is 1 10).
The application process is as follows:
1. The applicant registers company information and applicant information in Tianjin residence permit integral contact system, and completes integral self-test;
2. After the integral self-test is passed, the applicant uploads the applicant's relevant application requirements according to the list of materials, and submits the pre-trial application after confirmation;
3. The acceptance department of the Points Liaison Office shall complete the pre-examination within three working days from the date of receiving the pre-examination application according to the responsibilities of the department. If it is necessary to supplement or modify the uploaded materials after review, the applicant shall complete the supplement within three working days from the date of receiving the supplementary feedback, and will not accept the supplementary application after the deadline. The pre-trial results will be notified to the applicant and the applicant in time by SMS;
4. Applicants who have passed the pre-trial should make an online appointment during the acceptance period, and submit relevant application materials at the municipal administrative licensing service center or the integral window of Binhai New Area Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau at the appointed time.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
