Legal analysis: it must be paid, because the fire fine is an administrative penalty. If it is not paid, it will be enforced. Before cancellation, the creditor's rights and debts should be cleared and announced. If the payment period is exceeded, a penalty of 3% will be imposed every day, which is even more uneconomical. Legal basis: Article 51 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China. If a party fails to perform the decision on administrative punishment within the time limit, the administrative organ that made the decision on administrative punishment may take the following measures:

(a) if the fine is not paid at the due date, a fine of 3% of the amount of the fine shall be imposed every day;

(two) according to the law, auction the seized or detained property or transfer the frozen deposit to offset the fine;
