Article 13 Citizens, legal persons or other organizations have the right to report the illegal acts of the competent authorities and law enforcement personnel who implement laws and regulations to the law enforcement inspection team or the standing committees and special committees that organize law enforcement inspections, and the law enforcement inspection team and the standing committees and special committees that organize law enforcement inspections shall seriously accept them. Fourteenth law enforcement agencies should seriously accept the inspection of law enforcement by the Standing Committee or the special committee. The person in charge shall truthfully report the situation according to the requirements of the law enforcement inspection team, actively cooperate with the inspection work, and take the initiative to conduct self-examination and self-correction.

(a) the comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the laws and regulations under inspection and the evaluation of the implementation of laws and regulations by the competent authorities;
(two) the problems existing in the implementation of laws and regulations and the analysis of the reasons;
(three) opinions on the handling of illegal acts and suggestions for improving law enforcement.
