Main Responsibilities: Supervise the leadership team of the resident department to implement the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, and perform the duties of the resident department The department’s supervisory responsibilities; inspecting the department’s leadership team and its members’ compliance with the Party Constitution, rules and disciplines, implementation of the Party’s line, principles, policies and resolutions, and promotion of party style and clean government and anti-corruption work;

Main Responsibilities:

(1) Research and formulate the city’s educational development plans, plans and important rules and regulations, inspect and supervise the implementation of the party and state’s policies and procedures by county and district governments and education administrative departments. Education work guidelines and relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

(2) Plan, coordinate, and guide the reform of the education system and school-running system as a whole, straighten out the relationship between internal and external education, thoroughly implement the scientific outlook on development, comprehensively implement quality education, and establish a system that is compatible with economic and social development. We will establish a modern education system and operating mechanism, strive to run all types of schools at all levels, comprehensively improve the quality of education, and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of education.

(3) Comprehensively manage and guide the city’s basic education, vocational and technical education, adult education and private education, and centrally manage the city’s academic education and examination work; plan and guide the work of eradicating illiteracy among young adults.
