In 2022, we will continue to implement the national unified policy of relaxing the legal professional qualification examination (202 1-2025). Xinshao County, Shaoyang County, Longhui County, Dongkou County, Suining County, Xinning County, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Wugang City, Shimen County, Cili County, Sangzhi County, zhongfang county, Yuanling County, Chenxi County, Xupu County, Huitong County, Mayang Miao Autonomous County, xinhuang dong autonomous county, Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County, Jingzhou Miao and Dong Autonomous County, Tongdao Dong. 40 counties and cities such as Chaling County, Yanling County, Yizhang County, Rucheng County, Guidong County, Anren County, Anhua County, Pingjiang County, Xintian County, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, etc. can relax the registration qualifications to undergraduate graduation from institutions of higher learning.
The application of relaxing the registration qualifications is subject to the household registration of the applicants at the time of registration, that is, if the household registration is in the place where the registration qualifications are relaxed at the time of registration, they can apply for the examination according to the academic qualifications determined by the relaxation policy.
Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and military academies in 2023 (including junior college graduates, the same below) and recent master graduates with the same academic qualifications can sign up for the 2022 national unified legal professional qualification examination. In 2022, undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities and military academies who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates at the time of registration for the national unified legal professional qualification examination, and undergraduate graduates from graduate students and continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.) who have applied for the same academic qualifications in 2022, as well as those who have passed all the scores in the self-study examination for higher education and can obtain graduation certificates this year. Those who meet the professional qualifications stipulated in Article 9, Article 22 and Article 23 of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination may sign up for the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
"Ordinary institutions of higher learning" refers to institutions of higher learning established in accordance with the law and approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, which hold full-time undergraduate-level ordinary higher education, including full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and independent colleges. Holders of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign institutions of higher learning with bachelor's degree or above can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination after their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Among them, in addition to those who apply for the relaxation policy, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree in law (law) from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign institutions of higher learning after the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination after their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
In 2022, the valid graduation certificate for enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination is:
(1) Graduation certificates issued by adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) with the approval of the education administrative department of the State Council;
(2) Graduation certificates issued by higher education self-study examination committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government authorized by the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee after passing the higher education self-study examination and higher education diploma examination;
(3) Graduation certificates obtained by students who have been approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, incorporated into the national enrollment plan and enrolled in the national unified examination, and studied in party schools and military academies;
(4) The graduation certificate of distance (network) education issued by ordinary colleges and universities that have implemented the pilot network education with the approval of the education administrative department of the State Council;
(5) The graduation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, the former General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army and the former General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army on the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Academic Certificates in China People's Liberation Army Colleges and Universities.
The graduation certificate and degree certificate of the applicants should belong to the national education sequence or the academic degree recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council. If the graduation certificate can't be judged after being inquired by the China Higher Education Student Information Network, or it can't be inquired, applicants who have passed the examination must submit the "China Higher Education Academic Certification Report" issued by the Student Service and Quality Development Center of the Ministry of Education within the prescribed qualification application period. The degree certificate must be available on the China Academic Degrees and Postgraduate Education Information Network. If it still cannot be judged after the inquiry, or if it cannot be inquired, the certification report issued by the Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education shall be submitted within the prescribed qualification application period.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
2. Having been expelled from public office or having had his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4. Those who are not allowed to sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or are not allowed to sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
5. Because of serious dishonesty, it has been identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units and incorporated into the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Being banned from engaging in legal professional treatment for life due to other circumstances.
If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.
Those who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not sign up for the 2022 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
(3) those who have retained effective results in the objective test in 20021year. In 20021year, the qualified scores of those who reached the national unified qualified score line or relaxed the qualified score line will be valid in the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2022. Among them, those who reach the national unified qualified score line can confirm their participation in the subjective examination in 2022 when registering for the subjective examination, and those who meet the relaxation policy can apply for the relaxation policy at the same time; To relax the qualified score, you can sign up for the 2022 objective test and subjective test, or confirm to take the 2022 subjective test when you sign up for the subjective test.
