Article 8 Other matters

Chapter V Archives Management System

Article 10 Archives are divided into general archives and classified archives. The file classification is divided into top secret and confidential two levels. Article 19 Whoever divulges the secrets of the archives of his unit, alters, dismantles, lends, copies or takes the archives out without the approval of the unit leader, shall be fined 500 yuan ~1000 yuan for the unit leader and the party concerned, and informed criticism shall be imposed; If it causes bad consequences, it shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to the severity of the situation.

Twentieth file managers who lose or provide leaked file secrets without authorization shall be given disciplinary sanctions and corresponding fines according to the seriousness of the case until they are investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

Chapter VI Archives Security System

Article 1 Archives are the precious wealth of the country, and all kinds of archives of enterprises are confidential in nature. Article 5 The drawings, technical documents and materials that have been discontinued or completed, as well as other files and materials that are identified to be destroyed, can be uniformly destroyed only after being reported to the head office for approval, and no other unit or individual has the right to dispose of or destroy them.
