We only need to set the following settings in the accounting period definition window when establishing the SOB, and select the number of accounting periods as 4 periods.

Click Customize in the red box above to open the following window, set the start and end times of the four periods, and then confirm and save.

After this setting, in future use, the A/C set can carry out accounting for the company in four periods throughout the year, and each period can be closed once to provide quarterly reports.
