In particular, pay attention to the influence of economic development and weather changes on the growth of electricity consumption, track the trend change of the highest electricity load, analyze and judge the possible gap between supply and demand, and constantly refine and adjust the emergency supply guarantee plan.
The second is to focus on improving the power generation and supply capacity of various power sources. Promote the timely production of important new power sources, guide local and enterprises to promote the full generation of clean energy such as hydropower, nuclear power, wind power and solar power generation, optimize the maintenance of generator sets and ensure the fuel supply of thermal power units, and strive to improve the peak power generation capacity of various power sources.
The third is to improve the optimal scheduling ability of power grid resources. Accelerate the construction of key power grid projects and the upgrading of distribution networks, guide power grid enterprises to optimize the operation mode of power grids, give full play to the transmission capacity of cross-regional and inter-provincial channels, and organize power transactions by taking advantage of the differences in load surplus and deficiency in various places.
Fourth, efforts should be made to improve the flexibility and adjustment ability of power system. Actively promote the development and construction of pumped storage power stations and new electrochemical energy storage, strengthen the capacity building of emergency standby and peak-shaving power sources, and improve the power emergency support capacity.
Fifth, efforts should be made to deepen DSM. Improve the market-oriented demand response ability, implement the priority power purchase system, finely implement orderly power consumption, ensure electricity consumption for residents, agriculture, important public utilities and public welfare services, and effectively protect electricity consumption for people's livelihood and key electricity consumption.
