1. Submit an application to the tax registration management department: Submit a written application for business suspension and receive the "Closure of Business Registration Form".

2. Supplementary information and certificates: According to the requirements of the competent tax authorities, other information and certificates need to be provided to complete the application materials for closure of business.

3. Preparation of Approval Notice: After obtaining approval from superior leaders, the tax registration authority will produce an "Approval Notice of Suspension of Business". This notice is the official confirmation of your company's application to cease business.
