In 2022, the opening ceremony of the first phase of rural leaders training in Hunan Province was held in Changsha. 1 18 industrial development leaders from Shifeng District of Zhuzhou City, Zhuhui District of Hengyang City, Wuling District of Changde City, Tongdao County of Huaihua City, Chenxi County and Xinning County of Shaoyang City will be trained intensively for a period of 12 days. The training targets are divided into industrial development, rural construction and rural governance, and more than 1 100 students will participate in the next 9 training sessions in batches.
