Legal analysis: companies are all supervised by the same government department, usually the industrial and commercial bureau, but tax is under the control of the tax bureau and the environment is under the control of the environmental protection department. Depending on what aspects of the company are, different contents are supervised by different departments.

Article 3 Wholly state-owned companies, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, public welfare institutions and social organizations shall not become general partners.

Article 10 If the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and conform to the statutory form, and the enterprise registration authority can register on the spot, it shall register on the spot and issue a business license. Except in the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the enterprise registration authority shall make a decision on whether to register within 20 days from the date of accepting the application. If it is registered, a business license shall be issued; If it is not registered, it shall give a written reply and explain the reasons.

Article 59 A special general partnership enterprise shall set up a practice risk fund to handle occupational insurance. The practice risk fund is used to pay the debts arising from the partners' practice activities. The practice risk fund shall be managed separately. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
