When using it for the first time, please follow the system prompt and ask the taxpayer to set the starting number of the blank invoice.

(4) The pre-entry system of special invoices for value-added tax on behalf of Shaanxi national tax portal website stopped using. If small-scale taxpayers need to issue VAT invoices on their behalf, they can complete the information entry of special VAT invoices under the module of "Invoice Application-> Special VAT Invoice Issuance" of the Electronic Taxation Bureau.

(5) If taxpayers need to purchase invoices, they can fill in an invoice purchase application form under the module of "Invoice Application-> Invoice Purchase Application" of the Electronic Taxation Bureau. Invoice purchase types include special VAT tickets and ordinary VAT tickets.

(6) Small and micro enterprises that have not reached the threshold can log on to the website of the Electronic Taxation Bureau. Under the column of "download area"-> "tax software" on the homepage, download the mobile APP of the electronic tax bureau for simple declaration.

(7) Taxpayers who have not opened the electronic tax bureau can log on to the website of the electronic tax bureau. Download "service assistant of electronic tax bureau" under the column of "download area"-> "tax software" on the homepage to complete the user registration of electronic tax bureau.

(8) Taxpayers can visit the website of the Electronic Taxation Bureau. Download the latest "Operation Manual and Operation Training Video of Electronic Taxation Bureau" under the column of "Download Zone"-> "Operation Manual" on the homepage.
