Invoices should be checked online.
Before receiving the invoice, you must first check the old invoice online, because since last year, all the invoice tax bureaus will not help you check the old invoice, so you must check the old invoice online yourself. It doesn't matter if you just don't check the old invoice online, because online taxation has been implemented now. Basically, large tax bureaus have special tax affairs offices, which are specially designed to facilitate enterprises to operate online. There are teachers in the classroom who will teach you how to file tax returns and check the old invoice. If you have any questions, ask them directly how to operate. You can't get the invoice until you check it!

Whether to clear the card/declare tax?
Sometimes, when we go to the tax bureau to get the invoice, the staff in the tax bureau will say that you are tax-controlled, so you can't get the invoice. At this time, if you are sure it's not your problem, you should check whether the card has been cleared. If you don't, you should clear the card first. Some tax bureaus will have someone to help you clear the card. If not, you can only run away and go to your golden tax tray service provider to help you clear the card. Another situation is that you haven't declared your tax for the current month, which will also lead to your failure to receive and purchase invoices smoothly.

Take all the required materials
You must bring all the materials to the tax bureau, and you can't do without one step, otherwise you will return in vain, remember, remember!
ID card: The ID card needs to be the same as the name of the invoice buyer and the tax collector, so you need to change the invoice buyer to yourself in advance under the online operation, and the tax bureau will review it within 1-3 working days. After the approval, the ticket buyer column will be your name.
Taxpayer's card: the ticket holder needs to be qualified as a taxman to receive the invoice, and the staff will also ask you to show your own Taxpayer's card. If you don't have a Taxpayer's card, you must take the Taxpayer's exam and obtain the Taxpayer's qualification to receive the ticket.
PS: If the tax agent of the enterprise where you receive the invoice happens to be different from you or you change to another enterprise, you must first add the tax agent and add your name. Materials to be provided: business license of the previous company, corporate identity card, personal identity card, tax collector's card, business license of the new company, and corporate identity card (both originals and photocopies are required. If the previous company cannot obtain corporate identity card and business license, it can provide the enterprise organization code, and affix the company seal of the new company after all these materials are provided), and then hand them over to the staff of the tax bureau to help change the name successfully.
Invoice collection and purchase book: check whether the invoice collection and purchase book is in the normal ticket collection, whether the name of the ticket collector is consistent with his ID card, and basically the ticket collection information is available every month.
Golden Tax Plate: At present, there are two major suppliers: Aerospace and Baiwang, which are used more. Each has its own characteristics, and many tax bureaus will have on-site personnel from these two suppliers. If you have any problems with your tax control plate, you can directly find your service provider and ask them for help.
The last invoice stub of the last invoice received: it must be stamped, and some tax bureaus do not need it, depending on the situation.
Invoice seal: a special seal for invoices. Sometimes you forget to bring the company seal, and the invoice seal can also remedy it.
Company seal: the company seal used for stamping, no matter what you do, you can't do without it. If the official seal is lost, you must remedy it in time.
Invoice Requisition Form: You can go to the site to fill in the monthly invoice requisition form, fill in the serial number and batch of the last invoice, the information of the ticket collector, enterprise organization code, legal person, etc., and remember to stamp the official seal at last.

Queue up with the number to receive the invoice
After all the preparations are complete, you can go to the tax bureau to receive the invoice. When you arrive at the door of the tax bureau, remember to take the number and queue up. When it's your turn to show all the materials to the staff, you can ask the tax bureau staff how many VAT invoices or how many ordinary invoices you can get, and ask if you can get them all at once, because some companies are registered in remote places, and it is not very convenient to get the invoices every time. If the tax bureau staff allows, you can get the invoices for one month at a time. After receiving the invoices, Be sure to check whether the number of copies of the invoice serial number is consistent with the serial number. Generally, the minimum number of invoices for purchase is 50. Finally, remember to pack all the ID cards, purchase books, golden tax plates, purchase invoices, etc. Don't miss anything!

Tips
If the enterprise is stopped from applying for invoices because it fails to pay taxes in time, or encounters any other problems in the process of receiving invoices, remember to find the invoice manager.
