Abstract: In recent years, under the excellent situation of the rapid development of prison system reform, layout adjustment, supervision safety and economic construction, individual policemen and even leading cadres have blinded their minds, lost their direction, and some even bred corruption. As a cadre of discipline inspection and supervision, how to keep pace with the times, "perform the sacred duties entrusted by the party and the people with excellent quality, excellent style and enterprising spirit" and win a major victory in building a clean and honest party style and fighting corruption has become a primary task before us at present. Problems of discipline inspection and supervision cadres themselves Generally speaking, discipline inspection and supervision cadres have their own unique advantages and are a team with firm politics, proficient business, strict discipline and excellent work style. However, there are still some phenomena of discipline inspection and supervision cadres that do not adapt to the anti-corruption work in the new situation, and some have exposed some outstanding problems. The author believes that there are still some gaps or problems in the discipline inspection and supervision cadres' three styles, three knowledge and three abilities. (1) There are three major style problems of discipline inspection and supervision cadres. 1. The learning style is "incorrect" and bookishness is serious. Some people are afraid of offending people, don't be masters of the country for the people, are not surprised by what they know is wrong, don't criticize or dissuade them, take a detour when encountering problems, don't open their mouths when they speak, only plant flowers and thorns, and suffer from loss. Always consider retreat first and do everything possible to mix up a good relationship. (2) Discipline inspection and supervision cadres are relatively lacking in the three major knowledge. 1. With the development of the times and the progress of society, people's awareness of rights protection is getting stronger and stronger. Prisons are faced with the deepening of reform, the implementation of prison capital construction, letters and visits from criminals and their relatives, and responding to lawsuits. As a prison system, most of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres have not received professional and systematic legal knowledge training, and they know a little about the Criminal Law, the Prison Law and other laws, but they know little about the Labor Security Law, the Contract Law, the Economic Law, the Bidding Law and the Capital Construction Law, and even become blind spots, let alone master and master them.
