4. Persons who go to Hong Kong or Macao for study, employment and training with the approval of relevant departments and their families (hereinafter referred to as those who stay in Macao).
5. Mainland residents whose work units are in the administrative area of Langfang City, and individual industrial and commercial households sent by their units to Hong Kong or Macao to engage in business (hereinafter referred to as business).
6. Soldiers with troops or work units in Langfang administrative area need to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
7. Apply for employment in Hong Kong or Macao through a labor management company.
Second, the place of application.
1. Group travel to Hong Kong or Macao shall be handled at the entry-exit permit hall of Langfang Public Security Bureau or the entry-exit permit hall of the city (county) or county public security bureau where the household registration is located.
2. To visit relatives in Hong Kong and Macao, if the household registration is in Yangguang, Anci, Development Zone and University Town, it shall be handled in the entry-exit permit hall of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and in other cities (counties), it shall be handled in the entry-exit permit hall of the local city (county) County Public Security Bureau.
3. If you go to Hong Kong or Macao for official reasons, you shall go through the entry-exit permit hall of Langfang Public Security Bureau.
4. The application for employment in Hong Kong and Macao through the labor service company shall be accepted by the exit and entry administration department of the public security where the labor service company is located.
5. Langfang residents who hold the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsement can apply for the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsement again during their stay in Hong Kong or return to the Mainland, which can be accepted by the department that originally approved the stay endorsement or the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.
6. Langfang residents who hold travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements may apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and stay endorsements again during their stay in Macao or return to the Mainland, or apply for other endorsements in Hong Kong, which may be accepted by the original acceptance and examination department of stay endorsements or the Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department.
7. After China citizens who have settled abroad come to the Mainland, the notification cards and endorsements for their applications to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit and entry administration departments of public security organs at or above the prefecture level.
Third, the application method.

When China citizens who have settled abroad apply for a pass and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao after coming to the Mainland, they should not only fill in the application form and submit the corresponding supporting materials according to the Regulations on Going to Hong Kong and Macao, but also submit the original China passport and proof of overseas settlement, and provide a copy.

3. To go to Macao for employment, you must submit the original "Pre-list of Employed Non-local Workers" issued by the Exit-Entry Affairs Office of Macao Public Security Police or the approval document with the applicant's name issued by Macao Social and Cultural Office or Economic and Financial Office, and submit a copy. When employees' relatives go to Macao for employment, they must submit the original approval notice issued by the exit-entry affairs department of Macao Public Security Police, and submit a copy.
4. Continue to apply for staying in Hong Kong or Macao after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the Hong Kong and Macao Pass. Among them, people studying, working and training in Hong Kong and their relatives must submit the original extension permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department and submit a copy; To study in Macao, you must submit the study certificate issued by Macao institutions of higher learning; If you are employed in Macao, you must submit the renewal list containing the applicant's name approved by the entry-exit affairs department of Macao Public Security Police or the original approval document containing the applicant's name issued by Macao social and cultural department or economic and financial department, and submit a copy; Relatives of employees employed in Macao shall submit the original approval notice issued by the exit and entry affairs department of Macao public security, and submit a copy.
