Administrative organs must have specific provisions of laws, regulations and rules to obtain administrative law enforcement power. State administrative organs: the State Council and its subordinate ministries, commissions and offices.
Embassies, institutions, consulates and other offices abroad; Local people's governments at all levels and their subordinate departments; Agencies of local people's governments at various levels, such as commissions, district offices, sub-district offices and overseas offices; Other state administrative organs, such as customs, commodity inspection bureau, reform-through-labour bureau, public security fire brigade, detention center, prison, grass-roots tax office, financial station, market management office, etc.
