According to the spirit of Laifa [2007] No.3 document "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Cadres in the City" and Laizhifa [2007]1document "Key Points for the Construction of Organs in the City in 2007", this implementation plan is specially formulated.

Second, the content of the activity

1, voluntary labor day activities

(1) Working hours: Saturday morning, April 28th, 2007, with half a day.

(2) scope of participation: cadres and workers of municipal departments and higher-level units stationed in Lai shall clean up according to the designated area; Units and stores along the street on both sides of the city street clean up the sanitation in front of their own doors; Cadres and workers of various towns and streets clean up environmental sanitation in their respective jurisdictions.

(3) Labor tasks: uniformly arrange street cleaning tasks. Urban environmental sanitation will be arranged by the Planning and Construction Bureau, and the specific cleaning tasks will be notified separately. The five-package area in front of the door shall be cleaned by each unit. The township and street authorities focus on cleaning up the sanitary corners in the jurisdiction of the town and street.

(4) Organizational unit: the office of the leading group for the construction of municipal organs and cadres takes the lead, and all member units participate. At that time, one person will be responsible for the preparation, supervision, inspection and acceptance of the voluntary labor day.

2. Billiards competition activities of municipal authorities

(2) Competition scope: municipal authorities and higher-level units stationed in Lai.

(5) Competition requirements: take Zhenjie, municipal departments and higher-level units in Lai as the participating units, and take the form of chorus, with no less than 10 participants in each team (units with less than 10 can be combined with other units voluntarily), and two songs are limited to be reported within 12 minutes. (1) Competition time: held in early September 2007.

(2) Competition scope: municipal authorities and higher-level units stationed in Lai. Each unit can select1-2 people to participate in the preliminaries.

(3) Speech content: Based on the actual work and personal experience, talk about the understanding of "creating a civilized and harmonious organ and being an honest and outstanding cadre"; Experience of advocating reading more books and reading good books; Praise the advanced models emerging in this unit; Praise the great achievements made in implementing the overall work idea of the "1236" of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, and eulogize the fruits of the "Chengde Project" in our city.
