2. Loss and reissue

If the lost IC card needs to be reissued, it shall publish a report of loss reporting in any local newspaper at or above the prefecture level, indicating the name of the organization, the code address of the organization, the expiration date and the electronic copy of the lost code certificate, and the newspaper shall reissue it to the original issuing department. (If the information is complete, it will be settled within three working days)

If the organization is terminated according to law, the unit to which it belongs shall go through the cancellation procedures of the code certificate at the original issuing department within 30 days after the approval of cancellation of registration.
