I. Examination subjects and examination methods
(1) Basic information
There are three subjects in the accounting qualification examination: financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation and accounting computerization. The examination adopts the examination outline, examination qualification standard and question bank uniformly formulated and published by the Ministry of Finance, and implements the paperless closed-book examination mode, all of which are answered on the computer. The examination duration of each subject is 60 minutes, and the continuous examination of three subjects totals 180 minutes. There is no rest time in between. All examination subjects need to pass at one time (60 points or above in three subjects at the same time).
(2) Having passed some subjects.
Candidates who have obtained the certificate of Computerization of Accounting or the Certificate of Examination of Accounting Professional Knowledge (namely, Financial Regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics, Accounting Basis) in our district before July 13 can be considered as three subjects within the validity period of the certificate and before February 3 14. If the rest of the subjects fail the exam (including missing the exam), you need to apply for three subjects and pass them at one time.
Candidates can choose to apply for the remaining subjects on 20 13 or 20 14, but they should be within the validity period of the qualification certificate. 20 14 will arrange multiple exams in the first half and the second half, and the specific time will be announced at the end of 20 13.
Second, the test questions
(1) Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics: multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, judgment questions and case analysis questions.
(2) "Accounting Basis": single choice questions, multiple choice questions, judgment questions and calculation analysis questions.
(3) Primary Accounting Computerization: It consists of two parts: theoretical questions and practical questions. Theoretical questions include single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and judgment questions; The practical problem is the operation of financial software. There are two kinds of software, UFIDA and Kingdee, for candidates to choose. Candidates can choose any one of them to do the questions in the exam, and they can't re-select or redo after choosing. Both softwares are based on the unified examination syllabus of the Ministry of Finance. The order of the exam is to do theoretical questions first and then practical questions, and the two parts are combined to calculate the score.
Three, apply for the place and the materials to be submitted when applying for the exam.
Anyone who lives and works in our district can register at any registration place in our district (see annex 1 for details). Candidates are required to submit the following information when applying for the exam:
(1) Application Form for Paperless Examination of Accounting Qualification in Nanhai District (Annex 2).
(2) The original and photocopy of the ID card (the original shall be returned after checking, and the photocopy shall be pasted at the designated position in the Application Form for Paperless Examination of Accounting Qualification in Nanhai District).
(3) 1 Recent one-inch color photos (pasted at the designated position in the Application Form for Paperless Examination of Accounting Qualification in Nanhai District).
(four) non-Foshan household registration personnel, who have no work unit in our district, need to provide the original valid residence permit in our district (the original is returned after checking).
(5) Candidates who have passed the examinations of some subjects in our district before July 20 1 year 13 need to provide the corresponding original certificates of conformity.
Fourth, the examination schedule
(1) Registration time: 2013165438+10/6/5.
(2) Time of collecting the admission ticket and corrigendum: 2013129-13.
(3) Examination time: 2013 65438+late February, subject to the admission ticket. The exams are arranged on weekdays, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The examination time is 9- 12 in the morning and 14- 17 in the afternoon.
(IV) Time for announcement of results: After the examination, the accounting qualification management institution will announce the examination results in time. Candidates who pass the three exams can directly receive the accounting qualification certificate within 6 months after the results are announced. The specific licensing procedures will be notified separately.

Sixth, the examination fee. According to Guangdong Price Letter [20 10] 13 1 of the Provincial Price Bureau, the examination fee is 65 yuan for each subject.

Candidates can refer to the series of books (* * * four volumes) published by China Financial and Economic Publishing House, namely, Financial Regulations and Accounting Professional Ethics, Accounting Basis, Primary Accounting Computerization (with CD of examination environment) and Accounting Qualification Examination Problem Set.
