I lost the invoice for buying a house. Can the Inland Revenue Department reissue the invoice?
After the property deed tax ticket is lost, you can go to the local tax department to reissue it. First, fill in the Report of Loss Reporting in the local tax department, and after the approval of the competent tax office, publish a statement in the newspaper as invalid, and then reissue it with the newspaper and related purchase materials (ID card, household registration book, purchase contract and purchase bill), then bring the materials to the unit that paid the deed tax at the beginning, apply for copying the deed tax invoice stub, and then affix the financial official seal of the unit, which can be used as the deed tax bill. It usually takes 90 days to reissue the deed tax invoice. If the certification period exceeds 90 days, there is no solution.
