(3) Policy bonus points
Ex-servicemen, courageous people, graduates from police academies, martyrs, people who died in the line of duty, public officials who are disabled in the line of duty at or above Grade 4 (inclusive), and spouses and children of those who enjoy the treatment of provincial and ministerial level commendation and award winners apply for the auxiliary police, and the written test scores will be added with 5 points. Retired military personnel who have won personal class III and above will be awarded 3 points, which can be accumulated according to the number of times.
IV. Registration and Qualification Examination
This registration takes the form of on-site registration. Applicants are required to show their valid resident ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate, discharge certificate and award-winning certificate and other original and photocopy of the written test scores (extra points will be added according to the original or valid certificate), and at the same time provide two-inch color recent bareheaded photos 1 piece. If the academic certificate is lost, the online verification report of China Higher Education Student Information Network (/) (electronic registration record form of academic certificate) 1 copy shall be provided. V. written test
The written test is based on 100% system, and the examination subject is Comprehensive Knowledge. The contents of the written test are politics, economy, humanities, science and technology, current politics, administrative law enforcement, public security business and related laws. This examination does not specify an examination counseling book, and the recruitment agency does not hold or entrust any institution to hold an examination counseling training class.

Sixth, physical fitness test
According to the number of recruitment plans, the candidates for physical fitness test will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low in the written test scores, and those who are less than the prescribed ratio will be determined according to the actual number. If there are many applicants with the same written test results, the last one will be determined as a candidate for physical fitness assessment.
Test item: men1000m; Women's 800 meters.

VII. Interview
In principle, the interview is conducted by structured interview, with full score 100. According to the number of job recruitment plans, the interviewees are determined according to the ratio of written test scores from high to low 1:2 among those who reach the line in the same position. Less than the prescribed proportion is determined according to the actual number of people. If there are many applicants with the same written test results, the last one will be determined as an interview candidate.
After the interview, the written test score and interview score are combined into the total test score according to the ratio of 60% and 40%.

Eight, physical examination and inspection
According to the total test scores of job candidates from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined (if the total test scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the scores of written test scores). Physical examination is conducted in designated medical institutions.
Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.2016140 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.82 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
Applicants who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection procedure. The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the public security organs, with reference to the Interim Provisions on Examination and Political Examination of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs and the Measures for Political Inspection of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs.
If there is a vacancy in physical examination and inspection, it will be filled in equal amount in turn according to the prescribed procedures and time limit.
IX. Publicity
After the inspection, the list of persons to be employed shall be determined according to the inspection and publicized on the relevant websites for 5 working days.
X. Pre-job training
The personnel to be hired must participate in pre-job training, and those who fail to pass the examination after the training will not be hired.
XI. Signing employment
For those who meet the employment conditions, sign labor contracts with them in strict accordance with national laws and regulations. The probation period is 6 months, and those who pass the examination after the probation period are officially hired. If the probation period is proved not to meet the employment conditions and post requirements, the labor contract shall be terminated according to law.
