"Political ecology" reflects the general environment and trends of a local political life. "Political ecology" is like climate. If the climate is pleasant, everyone will feel comfortable; if the climate is bad, everyone will be "miserable." To create a good political ecology, each cadre must work hard from three aspects: political awareness, political responsibility, and political ethics, and be a political person.

The first is to improve political awareness. Comprehension is the product of thinking, a manifestation of wisdom, and a reflection of a person's comprehensive quality. You must have comprehension when doing anything, and you must have political awareness when you are in politics. To improve political awareness, on the one hand, we must strengthen learning and accumulate experience, achieve a thorough understanding of political theory and scientific knowledge, and be proficient in our own profession and work methods. On the other hand, we need to combine learning and thinking, have a strong interest in new knowledge and new things, work hard, think deeply, and strive to understand and think through, instead of just dabbling in it and understanding it half-understood. At the same time, we must be good at summarizing, summarizing scattered things into systematic knowledge, raising perceptual understanding to rational thinking, constantly seeking new ideas, establishing new concepts, and improving our own awareness.

The second is to have the courage to take political responsibility. Political responsibility is a matter of political stance and political integrity. The core is loyalty to the party, the people, and the cause. To have the courage to be politically responsible, on the one hand, one must firmly believe in the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. One must truly learn, truly understand, truly believe, truly apply, and truly persist. Be a firm believer in the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and not be disturbed by all kinds of noise. Don't be trapped by all kinds of temptations, and don't be hindered by all kinds of difficulties and dangers. On the other hand, we must serve sincerely. There are different positions and different positions, but there is no difference in service. Every cadre must sincerely serve the masses, actively work and start a business, be not afraid of failure, and dare to take responsibility. This is the responsibility that cadres should have.

The third is to cultivate political ethics. "Having both ability and political integrity, putting morality first" has become the primary criterion for selecting and employing people. Emphasizing the importance of "morality" has always been a fine tradition of the party. Under the new development situation, the requirements for the "morality" of cadres have become more stringent. First of all, cadres must be honest and trustworthy. This is the most basic principle of life. To be consistent in what you say and do, don’t do one thing on the surface and another behind the scenes. No matter big or small, we must act impartially and seek truth from facts when dealing with leaders or the masses. Secondly, cadres must persist in governing for the people. In any case, we must keep in mind that the flesh-and-blood relationship with the people cannot be changed, and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly cannot be changed. We must go deep into the grassroots, go deep into the masses, and maintain a close relationship between cadres and the masses. Thirdly, cadres must have the courage to contribute. Only by maintaining the political nature of selfless dedication can we carry forward the fine tradition of hard work, better unite and lead the people, and gather stronger strength.
