Changchun University of Finance and Economics, located in Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Changchun, Jilin Province, is an independent private full-time ordinary college.

The school's history can be traced back to 1988, when Changchun Wenjiao Boiler Factory founded Changchun Energy Vocational School. 1994 "Changchun No.5 secondary specialized school" was established; In 2000, the School of Information Economics of Changchun Institute of Taxation was held in cooperation with Changchun Institute of Taxation, and was recognized as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in 2004 1 month; 20 14 May, approved by the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Changchun Institute of Finance and Economics.
