Article 3 The national emblem of the people of China is the symbol and symbol of the people of China.
All organizations and citizens should respect and care for the national emblem.
Tenth the following documents and licenses can use the national emblem pattern:
(a) the work permit and law enforcement certificate of the staff of state organs;
(2) Business license, permit, approval certificate, qualification certificate and right certificate issued by state organs;
(three) the resident identity card, China people's passport and other legal entry and exit documents.
Badges of state organs and armed forces can take the national emblem as the core pattern.
Citizens can wear the national emblem badge on solemn occasions to express their patriotic feelings.
