This meeting deepened my understanding of the logistics process, and more importantly, I saw the strength of the team. Third, because we sell logistics services, which are intangible, we sometimes need to refer to some successful cases or enterprises that customers are familiar with when introducing our services to customers, so we must understand the cooperation between our company and existing customers, so that when visiting new customers, talking about their familiar customers can enhance customers' trust in us and improve the success rate of the visit.
Fourth, read more books and magazines about economy and sales, especially read newspapers every day, learn about national and social information and news events, and visit customers. These are often the best topics.
Fifth, cultivate insight and grasp the interests of customers in time. If you have the energy, you can further investigate some customers worthy of tracking until you know everything about them and make them your good friends.

In the training project of automatic warehouse building, we learned about and contacted the automatic warehouse. This is also the key to this training, mainly to understand the working principle of automatic three-dimensional warehouse, understand the application of equipment in warehousing, warehousing and warehouse transfer, and master the operation of control system. In this training, the trainer took us to visit the B warehouse of Baogong, and said that we can predict the market demand relationship according to the storage capacity of the goods in the warehouse. In the shelf area, the high delivery frequency is at the bottom and the low delivery frequency is at the top. The purpose of doing so is to improve the frequency of goods delivery and improve work efficiency. The width between shelves is only 1.7 meters, and only one forklift can work. The principle of "big in and big out" is adopted, especially for food, which pays most attention to the entry and exit of batches, and those orders are distributed by the system. Finished products and exports must be delivered out of the warehouse according to the order or export packing list, and the principle of "first in, first out" must be adhered to, especially in export. In case of export, the box number and seal number on the packing list should be filled in correctly. In order to achieve FIFO, can you fill in a record sheet to record the quantity of each item in storage each time and the quantity on the same production day, and write off the account with "FIFO" when leaving the warehouse, and record the remainder? Among those shelves, we noticed that some containers were written "10-1-86", and the trainer explained to us that there were 86 goods in the10 lane and the1floor, which we could not learn from the textbooks.
In the project of warehousing, it is also divided into factory warehousing and provincial factories. Factory warehousing: the goods are directly transported from the factory to the cdc transit warehouse, and the goods are supplied to help customers manage. The codes and quantities of those products are recorded, and about 15 trucks are arranged to deliver the goods every day. If the products are deformed during handling or storage, the reasons should be found according to the quality inspection report, and the quantity of goods entering and leaving should be recorded in the entry and exit registration book. Factories in other provinces: directly transported by car, may be photographed during transportation, and then unloaded to customers and fed back to customers. The steps of goods in the warehouse are to distribute goods to customers first and then scan the goods.
In the outbound project, the system places an order, allocates the final cut-off, and after communicating with customers, it can be transferred to the warehouse to make a warehouse list.
The difference between the three-dimensional warehouse and the flat warehouse: the three-dimensional warehouse is large and orderly, but its transportation speed is not as good as that of the flat warehouse, and its delivery efficiency is small and its working area is small. Generally speaking, the advantage of the three-dimensional warehouse is greater than that of the flat warehouse.
In the bar code technology training project, we have carried out the operation of bar code equipment and mastered the operation methods of bar code production equipment, inspection equipment and reading equipment. At the same time, it is understood that the role of bar code in the whole logistics process can not be underestimated. Although the bar code is small, it runs through the whole logistics activity and is the key to contact all links and track goods.
In the transportation dispatching training project, according to the actual case, firstly, the data are entered, and then the vehicles are selected according to the goods provided, and the goods are reasonably distributed to ensure that each vehicle is fully loaded. If there is a shortage of vehicles, it is necessary to contact other enterprises to rent vehicles. In the whole process, we not only mastered the operation of vehicle scheduling system, but also understood the whole process of logistics vehicle scheduling in reality.
In the electronic picking label training project, we have operated the electronic picking system and the electronic label shelf, and understood the application mode and value of the electronic picking label in the logistics process. Master the operation of the system and the process of picking goods.
In the business and contract training project, I learned the ways and methods of obtaining customer information, mastered the establishment and maintenance of customer information, entered customer information quickly and correctly, made clear the meaning of each quotation fee item, and mastered the quotation operation process. Understand the modification of the quotation time and position of the contract.
In the warehousing and distribution training project, we mainly input and maintain the materials of raw materials and components needed for goods, and establish a perfect database of goods and materials for customers. Only in this process did I get familiar with and master the whole operation process.
In the simulation, the operation and the whole workflow of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse system are basically mastered.
This training can be said to be quite successful, so that each student has a more vivid and systematic understanding of logistics, which makes us closer to reality and lays the foundation for future work.

I found some problems in the process of training, and the following are my suggestions:
1. Corporate image is very important for the development of enterprises, so every enterprise pays great attention to its corporate image, and would rather spend more money to rent expensive and beautiful modern warehouses than to rent those old and shabby warehouses, so it can spend some money to renovate the old warehouses and improve the image of the enterprises themselves, so that customers will be more willing to rent warehouses.
2. When stocking and stacking goods, we should not only pay attention to temporary convenience, but also consider the convenience of shipment and not delay the time of customers. Therefore, we should stack the goods according to the standard and pile them neatly and reasonably to avoid collapse.
3. In strict accordance with the requirements of warehouse management, we should contact the manufacturers in time for expired goods, and destroy them in time after receiving the promise. Don't pile up in the warehouse, waste the warehouse volume, and don't put them together with normal goods, which will give people a sense of disorder. Another warehouse should be prepared so that those goods that cannot be destroyed at the moment have a place to store.
4. The categories of commodities should be clearly divided, such as food storage and daily necessities storage. If food and cosmetics are placed together, if the packaging of cosmetics is broken, its chemicals will pollute the hygiene of food.
5. We should pay attention to the use of modern technology, take computer application as a systematic project, and realize the networking with computer information in factories and sales.
6. More attention should be paid to the cultivation of professional talents to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of employees. We should learn more from foreign advanced technology to make enterprises develop better.
At present, the logistics center is facing many problems, with more and more batches but smaller and smaller, resulting in a difficult point in logistics management. "All heroes in the world are my generation. As soon as they enter the rivers and lakes, they will be urged immediately." With the change from school to social environment, the people around us have completely changed their roles, teachers have become bosses, classmates have become colleagues, and the way to get along is completely different. In this great change, we may be confused and unable to adapt to the new environment immediately. We may not like the cruel competition between enterprises, and we can't stand the indifferent eyes and words between colleagues.
