The market supervision bureaus no longer accepted the enterprise name declaration, realizing the "one-window declaration, all-city operation" of enterprise names in Shanghai.

This reform has fully implemented the online name self-declaration system. Break down regional protection barriers, gradually expand the scope of reform to the whole region, all types and all processes, and realize zero meeting in principle in enterprise name registration. The enterprise name applied by the applicant through the online name declaration system will be incorporated into the industrial and commercial cloud service platform, and relevant information can be directly obtained at any registration authority in Shanghai and the enterprise registration can be handled.

It is reported that the number of enterprise names applied through the online name declaration system reached 20,509, an increase of 8 1.4% year-on-year. The enterprise name declared by the applicant through the online name can obtain the relevant information on the prohibition and restriction in real time through the big data comparison function, and can adjust the enterprise name or upload relevant authorization and commitment according to the prompt to avoid blind declaration.

However, in view of the problems such as the inconsistent caliber of enterprise name registration and the collection of additional certification materials by the registration authorities in various districts, the reform of enterprise name registration is taken as an opportunity to further standardize the discretion of enterprise name registration, clarify the examination requirements, unify the examination standards, and avoid such situations as "this area can't do business in that area" and "setting the entry threshold privately".
